Weekly Hours: 40 hours

**Tasks**:

- Analyze technology trends and recommend solutions.
- Develop and manage a technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
- Leading the team: C++ developers, Python developers, Architect, ML, and QA.
- Creating individual development plans for the team members.
- Design, implement and maintain low-latency trading platform components.
- Participate in hiring process.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in high performance and fault-tolerant systems development.
- Active participation in hiring process.

**Our expectations**:

- 8+ years of C++ experience.
- Experience managing 3+ teams.
- Experience in performance optimization or latency reduction (low latency).
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX.
- Responsibility and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

**Will be a plus**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM or similar.
- Experience with QT and WebAssembly.

**Additionally**:

- Willingness to discuss relocation to Georgia;
- The ability to work from anywhere in the world.
