**Global Serviceability Expert**:

- As an important part of the global service excellence team you are responsible for all service relevant strategic developments and decisions as well as the creation of service manuals and training videos. You valuate new ideas of service concepts during the early phases of product development in cooperation with product management, engineering and market organizations.-

**What makes your everyday life exciting?**
- Contribute to product development projects as adjutant for all service and after-sales business relevant topics and assure serviceability of new devices
- Optimize service requirement specifications for the product development process
- Design and create the service manuals (Schema ST4” software and multimedia approaches)
- Generate basic training videos and train the 2nd level support before a new product is launched
- Participate in the digitalization team as main contact for all topics with regard to the “next generation service” strategy

**What skills do you need to bring?**
- Electromechanical background with experience in product development projects
- Independent worker with high commitment, capable of setting priorities and thinking in a strategic way
- Global service experience and experience with digitalization of products in the service field is an advantage
- Willingness to travel worldwide up to 10%
- Optional: Experience with editorial systems, preferably SCHEMA ST4
