**Deine Aufgaben**

Personelle und finanzielle Führung des Bereichs Sales & Services der Stöcklin Logistik Gruppe für den Markt
DACH

Vertrieb von end2end Intralogistik Lösungen/Solutions sowie Services DACH

Mitgestaltung als Mitglied des Führungskaders der Stöcklin Sales & Service Strategie und deren operative
Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem EVP Sales & Services

Reisetätigkeit von 30%-60%

1-2 Tage vor Ort, Homeoffice

**Dein Profil**

Fähigkeit, mit Menschen umzugehen

Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und zu unterstützen

Fähigkeit, Aufgaben nach klaren AKVs zu delegieren

Technische und/oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Weiterbildung BSc, MSc BWL,

Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Intralogistik international (HRL, AKL, Shuttle, Food Vorteil) sowie wenn möglich

After Sales Service (Vorteil) und damit end2end Customer responsibility

Geschick und Kompetenz, Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Menschen zu führen

Kompetenz, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren, führen und ergebnisorientiert zu supporten

Talent, sich selbst zu organisieren

Kenntnisse im Bereich der notwendigen digitalen Hilfsmittel (ERP, CRM, O375,, Projektierungstools )

hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Integrität ggü. Stöcklin Familie und Kunden

Kreativität und ein Sinn für Ästhetik/sehr positive Aussenwirkung

Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
