Am Standort Visp wird ein/e Praktikant/in im Bereich SGIE Small Molecules gesucht. In dieser Position werden Sie in strategischen Wachstumsprojekten mit dem Schwerpunkt Small Molecules (Chemieanlagenbau) die Projektleitung durch verschiedene Projektphasen begleiten und unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Verantwortlich für interne Projektkoordinationsaufgaben zur Entlastung des Projektleiters
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Projektberichte (Diagramme für KPIs, Informationssammlung)
- Entwicklung und Pflege des Projekt Sharepoints, um starke Prozesse für die administrativen Aspekte des Projekts zu etablieren (Kommunikationszentrum für interne Teams und externe Partner, Besprechungsprotokolle, Aktionslisten,....)
- Organisieren Sie interne und externe Workshops (Technische Abstimmung, Terminkoordination,...) und unterstützen Sie die Teammitglieder bei der Erstellung der Tagesordnungen, Besprechungsprotokollen, Aktionslisten usw.
- Teilnahme und Unterstützung bei behördlichen Inspektionen und Kundenaudits

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc. oder gleichwertig mit ersten Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement
- Motivierender Teamplayer, ergebnisorientiert, proaktiv, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Share-Point und MS Office. Gute Kenntnisse in Projektplanungstools.
- Sie können Kommunikationsstile von Teammitgliedern und Auftragnehmern, die aus einem breiten Spektrum von Disziplinen und Kulturen kommen, lesen
- Erfahrung im selbstständigen Arbeiten und in einem teamorientierten, kollaborativen Umfeld
- Kann sich durch Problemlösungsfähigkeiten an sich ändernde Prioritäten und Zeitpläne anpassen
- Offen zum Ausführen administrativer Aufgaben
- stellt beharrlich sicher, dass Partner die für den Projektfortschritt erforderlichen Informationen bereitstellen
