**Job Description**:
We are seeking a licensed physician with specialized knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to join our team as an Integrative Physician. In this role, you will collaborate with our team of Massage therapists to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate TCM principles with modern medical practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of our services and promoting holistic wellness among our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of Clients' health history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors.

Utilize TCM diagnostic techniques, such as pulse diagnosis and tongue examination, to inform treatment plans.

Develop individualized treatment protocols that incorporate acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, and other TCM modalities.

Collaborate closely with our team of massage therapists to integrate TCM principles into Massage treatments.

Provide guidance and education to Clients on lifestyle modifications, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.

Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client assessments, treatments, and progress notes.

Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution.

Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., family medicine, internal medicine, integrative medicine).

License to practice medicine in the Netherlands can be obtained.

Certification in acupuncture and/or herbal medicine from a recognized TCM institution.

Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience practicing TCM.

Strong knowledge of TCM principles, diagnostic techniques, and treatment modalities.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
