**Student Assistant - Events Management MBA-HSG (m/w/d)**:
50% (unlimited, flexible working hours, by mutual agreement)

**Your tasks**:

- Design, plan, organize, and execute events for our customers: MBA students and alumni
- Research and obtain quotes from venue, catering, and other relevant suppliers
- Have oversight of all supplier contracts and report on overall events budget
- Manage online ticketing platforms eg. Eventbrite, set up events, promote events, and drive participation numbers
- Be present at events, represent the MBA programme, build good relationships with students alumni, faculty, and MBA team
- Support execution of overall MBA community events communications plan
- Track participation data, event evaluations, produce reports, make recommendations
