Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen TOSCA Spezialisten, der uns beim Ausbau unserer Partnerschaft mit Tricentis vorwärtsbringt.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Kundenberatung in Software Qualität:

- Analyse der Bedingungen des Kunden vor Ort (Systemlandschaft, Interfaces, Testanforderungen, -Szenarien und -Daten) inkl. Massnahmen, wie man eine saubere Testautomatisierung mit TOSCA und weiteren Tricentis-Lösungen aufgleisen und begleiten könnte.
- Stakeholder Management: enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Partner, Tricentis.
- Erarbeiten, entwickeln und pflegen von automatisierten Testfällen mit TOSCA, NeoLoad, LiveCompare oder Testim, um die Software unserer Kunden auf Herz und Nieren zu prüfen.
- Du scheust dich nicht davor Bugs & Defects offen und direkt anzusprechen.
- Mithilfe beim Erarbeiten von Innovation im Kontext der Testautomatisierungs-Services der Xebia Product Quality Unit.
- Teile dein Wissen - unterrichte in unserer Academy.

**Deine Superpower**:

- Studium Informatik, IT-Ausbildung oder Berufspraxis im Quality Engineering (Test)
- Mind. 3 Jahre praktiche Berufserfahrung mit TOSCA und idealerweise weiteren Tricentis-Lösungen. Bereits vorhandene ISTQB und Tosca Zertifizierungen
- Consulting mindset: Teamgeist sowie Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsstärke mit dem Willen unsere Kunden bestmöglich zu beraten.
- Kenntnisse mit folgenden Technologien von Vorteil: Tricentis qTest, Jira Xray oder Zephyr, HP ALM, Bugzilla oder Azure Devops, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, SoapUI, Appium, Jenkins, Sonar, Cucumber, Docker und Kubernetes
- Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungspraktiken und agile Methoden.
- Kenntnisse in CI/CD und Software Delivery Pipelines.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Teamgeist und eine “Act, Act, Act"-Mentalität.
- Den Willen einen der wichtigsten Xebia-Werte zu leben: Sharing Knowledge. Du teilst dein Wissen u.a. in Workshops und Innovationssessions mit unseren Kunden und den anderen Xebians mit Freude.
