**Oceanfreight Process Optimization & Controlling Switzerland** (w/m) 100% Pensum**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortlich für das nationale Global Service Center für Outsourcing-Aufgaben und die Implementierung von Prozessen, Durchführung von Audits und Validierung neuer Outsourcing-Möglichkeiten, Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und verantwortlich für die Schulung des GSC sowie umfassende Leistungsbewertung
- Verantwortlich für Autorating (automatische Abrechnung), Erstellung von Tarifblättern und Konfigurationen von Neukunden, Bewertung von KPIs, Management des Tarifpflegeteams.
- Nationale Superuser-Unterstützung für die S21-Finanzplattform (Benutzerwartung, Bedienungsfehler)
- Nationaler Experte für folgende spezifische Bereiche: Rechnungsstellung, Suchfilter, Tarife (automatische Kosten / Kostenvoranschläge), Fahrpläne (Navigationsroute), Containerverfolgung, Meilensteine/Aufgaben/Ereignisse (Ereignisse sichtbar für Partner und Kunden auf dem Tracking) Seefracht/Mehrwertdienst (Sicherheit, Gefahrstoffe, Zeitkontrolle), elektronisches Dokumentenmanagement / eDoc (Verwaltung von Dokumentenarchiven, Profilverwaltung, PSTN-Erstellung, -Verarbeitung und -Lieferung)
- Unterstützung der nationalen Ausbilder als erste Anlaufstelle in den definierten Bereichen
- Überprüfung des Ocean Freight Excellence Prozesses und des Implementierungsverhaltens
- Bereitstellung von Fachwissen zu lokalen Prozessen, Implementierung und Nachverfolgung von Best Practices (Best Practice)
- Hinweise auf Lücken in Anwendungen und Prozessen gegenüber nationalen Trainern und Stationsleitern sowie innerhalb der eigenen Domäne (Erstellung von Change Requests)
- Durchführung interner Audits/GEMBA zur Überwachung der Prozesskonformität, Bewertung von Compliance
- und Prozessverbesserungsmöglichkeiten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kauffrau oder Kaufmann EFZ Richtung Internationale Speditionslogistik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mindesterfahrung von 5 Jahren im Bereich des Seeverkehrs
- Zweisprachig; Deutsch / Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift und von Vorteil zusätzliche gute Französischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Import-/Exportverfahren und des Schweizer Zolls sowie allgemein des internationalen Transports
- Fließend mit Zahlen umgehen und ausgezeichnete Schreibfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Computertools (MS Office etc.) und CargoWise
- Von Natur aus organisiert und Sie mögen es, viele Aufgaben parallel zu erledigen
