**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Teach mathematics in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
- Share in the overall responsibility for the academic progress, personal development, health and safety, and well-being of students
- Create a quality teaching environment conducive to learning, implementing the principles of positive discipline
- Act as a coach by setting learning objectives that are challenging, inspiring and motivating, within the Collège philosophy
- Adapt teaching to the strengths and needs of all students, with high expectations for all learners
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents about their children’s learning and achievements
- Plan for, assess, and report student learning and progress

**PROFILE ET COMPETENCIES**
- Teaching qualification at graduate level or above
- Completed qualified IB Mathematics training
- Proven track record of excellence in teaching with at least three years’ experience, ideally in an international school environment
- Experience as an Extended Essay supervisor and IB examiner is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit
- Fluency in both English and French
- Swiss/EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
- Clean criminal records
