**Junior Business Development**
**(80-100 %)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erarbeitung, Umsetzung, Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Business Development Aktivitäten und strategischer Initiativen, sowie Erarbeitung und Begleitung von Massnahmen zum weiteren Wachstum
- Sie erstellen Unterlagen wie Präsentationen, planen Kundenbesuche und führen diese durch, inkl. Nachbearbeitung
- Allgemeine operative Aufgaben

**Anforderungen**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion im B2B-Geschäft in der Finanz
- oder Nachhaltigkeitsbranche
- Bachelorabschluss in Banking und Finance von Vorteil
- Eigenmotivation, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln gepaart mit hoher Selbständigkeit und Bereitschaft für überdurchschnittliches Engagement
- Affinität zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit, idealerweise in Kombination mit Finanzmärkten
- Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
