Currently we are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to drive continuous profitability improvement of our Murten plant in Switzerland. This role will act as a strategic Business Partner to the European Financial Management team, the Plant Manager and other key stakeholders within the organization.

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage month-end closings and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for the site- Understand and present monthly manufacturing variances in a manner which drives performance improvements- Lead and coordinate all budgeting and financial controlling related activities- Ensure that inventory management and standard costing objectives are met- Manage financial aspects of site CAPEX and monthly tracking of cash-flows- Act as a finance business partner for the site’s development programs- Present financial reports for business reviews- Maintain close collaboration with BU Controllers, regional FP&A Team and other key stakeholders- Provide leadership in reporting automation initiatives

Our requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration- 5-10 years’ of related experience as a Plant Controller- Fluent English language skills- Knowledge of French language is greatly valued- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail- Advanced communication and presentation skills- Prior experience with Oracle would be an advantage
