**Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) (100%)**

**Über die Rolle**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Supply Chain des Werks in Dübendorf (Inbound, Lagerverwaltung, Outbound und Planung) sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Supply Chain Prozesse. Zudem leiten Sie die Teams Logistik und Produktionsplanung.**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Definieren der Supply Chain Strategie auf lokaler Ebene inkl Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der BC-Gruppenstrategie, Leiten von S&OP oder S&OE
- Koordination von Planungs
- und Logistikaktivitäten inkl. Überwachung der Produktionsplanung und Lieferterminierung und Optimierung des Lagermangements
- Führen der Teams Logistik und Produktionsplanung mit 2 Direct Reports und total 7 Mitarbeitern am Standort Dübendorf
- Gewährleisten eines hohen Lieferbereitschaftsgrads unter Berücksichtigung der optimalen Rohstoffbeschaffung und Produktionsplanung
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Supply Chain Prozesse basierend auf KPIs (Service Level, Lagerreichweite, Forecast accuracy,)
- Leiten des lokalen Sales & Operation Planning Prozesses
- Verwalten und Pflegen von Stammdaten im Bereich Sekundärverpackungen
- Kostenkontrolle und Optimierung der Supply Chain Kosten
- Erstellen von Auswertungen und Reports

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung auf tertiärer Stufe (HF, FH, Uni) und haben sich im Bereich Supply Chain weitergebildet oder
- Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Lebensmitteltechnologie oder Supply Chain Management
- Sie haben mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management und Erfahrung in der Produktion
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute SAP-und CRM Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP APO, PRD und Salesforce sowie gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit schlanken Arbeitsweisen
- Sie können stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren
