**YOUR ROLE**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for a range of key functions critical to the smooth operation of our finance department. Your duties will include:

- Bank Management: recording transactions, setting up payments, and reconciling accounts for group entities
- Responsible for weekly payments and the preparation of wire transfers for various group entities
- Accounts Payable and management of the entire lifecycle of third-party invoice processing, including approvals, posting, and filing invoices for our entities in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and US
- Oversee A/P Master Data Management including maintaining the accuracy of accounts payable data
- Handle the monthly expense processing for both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage pre-payments across the group entities
- In charge of collecting, controlling, and booking credit card transactions
- Oversee the management of fixed assets for designated group entities
- Prepare necessary documentation and assist in the audit process
- Prepare and manage VAT filings for Switzerland and potentially other group entities
- Engage in projects aimed at supporting business scalability and process improvement as required
- Manage the finance inbox, including triaging and addressing requests
- Manage the handling of incoming post
- Provide support in organizing office events and global get-togethers

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- You have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in international companies
- You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- You are a process-oriented thinker with a natural interest in improving processes
- You are a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, drive initiatives, and quickly learn new procedures and ways of working
- You strive for exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the capacity to produce top-tier deliverables even when facing tight deadlines
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with Financial Force is an advantage
- You have excellent communication skills; fluency in English and German is a plus
- You can be flexible to work in a hybrid environment
