Who is hiring?
For a big international bank, we are looking for an Investor Onboarding Manager
Tasks
- You will work together with our Onboarding teams and Administrators to ensure that the onboarding of our investors is handled in a timely and client-oriented manner;
- You will facilitate and support the onboarding of new investors and the review of existing investors by adhering to global policies and guidelines, as well as respecting all associated local, tax or other regulatory requirements;
- You will validate/update the investor data in the referential systems;
- You will review and liaise with internal tax teams on issues relating to FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard);
- You will ensure strong, professional communication and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best investor experience.
**Requirements**:
- You have a KV degree (or equivalent);
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably within asset management;
- In your past experience you got to know AML/Compliance not only from a theoretical aspect;
- You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken);
- You have a positive mindset and are a well-balanced team player with a clear focus on client service;
- You are trustworthy, discreet and have a self-dependent personality who enjoys administrative tasks;
- You are efficient, accurate, organized, flexible and have a reliable working style, with a strong ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively;
- You work well as part of a team, supporting fellow team members, and also have a strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for various tasks.
