In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle unterstützt du die Kolleginnen und Kollegen des Bereichs Schaden International administrativ und organisatorisch bei der Erbringung von Schadenservices zu Gunsten unserer international tätigen Unternehmenskunden.

**Was du tust**
- Du strukturierst und führst selbstständig Schadenakten, indem du Schadendaten in unserem Schadensystem erfasst
- Du unterstützt unsere Claims Handler bei der Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung von Kundengesprächen
- Du erstellst Auswertungen, Reports, Abrechnungen, Protokolle und Präsentationen
- Du unterstützt das Team in administrativen Tätigkeiten und übernimmst einfache Korrespondenz selbstständig

**Was du mitbringst**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Grundausbildung
- Selbstständiges, zuverlässiges und genaues Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikations
- und Organisationsstärke
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) sind Voraussetzung, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
