- ** Update and maintain accounting documents**:

- Validate tour/cruise expenses
- Approve and pay the invoices of Tour Directors and Cruise Directors
- Record data into the accounting system
- Data cross-checking
- ** Daily correspondence with Tour Directors and Cruise Directors, internal departments and overseas offices**:

- ** General administration tasks**

**Profilo**
- ** Business background with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in accounting**:

- ** Fluent command of the English language (MUST)**:

- ** Good computer knowledge (Excel mandatory)**:

- Team player but also comfortable working independently
- Accountable and able to take responsibility for assigned tasks
- ** High attention to details and accuracy**:

- Able to work to deadlines
- Accounting knowledge is an advantage
- ** Residents preferred**
