**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades agreed by traders with counterparties, coordinating with Operations desks of customers and suppliers, as well as terminals and third-party inspectors.
- Oversee logistics and transportation of products, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and monitoring product quality and quantity loaded/delivered.
- Support sustainability operations by verifying proof of sustainability, managing mass-balance, and operating on the Nabisy/UDB interface.
- Conduct thorough checks on invoices received and ensure timely payment by coordination with Finance.
- Generate purchase orders, inventory receipts, and sales invoices in our ERP system.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments (Trading, Treasury, Credit and Market Risk, Finance) and third-party entities in both Geneva and Rotterdam.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Master of Science in Commodity Trading or willingness to enroll in this program by next year, with company support from Targray.
- Up to 1 year of experience in physical operations within the cargo market sector.
- Commercial and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a strong aptitude for problem solving.
- Willingness to work across different locations, primarily Geneva and Rotterdam.
- This role is 100% in office.
