Le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 aura lieu en Suisse. Avec quelque 180 millions de téléspectateur.trices, l'Eurovision est l'événement musical à la plus forte pénétration au monde. Vous aussi, devenez membre de l'équipe de l'Eurovision et participez à son succès

**Votre mission**: Pour le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025, nous recherchons un.e Production Manager Show pour effectuer une mission à durée déterminée de décembre 2024 jusqu'à fin mai 2025, avec un volume d'occupation estimé à 80 jours de travail (avec un taux d'occupation dynamique). Au sein de l'équipe Eurovision Show, votre cahier des charges sera le suivant:

- Planification et pilotage de toutes les pré-répétitions pour les performances d'ouverture et les intermèdes
- Collaboration étroite avec le Line Producer et les équipes techniques
- Pilotage de la fabrication et de l'achat d'accessoires (coordination, analyse des coûts, demande d'offres, surveillance du budget, délai de livraison)
- Élaboration, gestion et surveillance des contrats avec les musicien.nes, les ensembles et les professionnel.les créatif.ves. Garantie que les contrats répondent aux exigences du standard de l'Eurovision. Collaboration avec les labels et les managers pour régler les questions juridiques et les détails des contrats
- Pilotage et gestion des stylistes et des costumier.ères
- Garantie que les costumes soient commandés, livrés et retouchés dans les temps
- Collaboration étroite avec les concepteur.trices des costumes
- Surveillance et gestion du budget pour l'élaboration des styles et des costumes
- Organisation du stockage et de l'entretien des costumes pendant la production
- Coordination de l'équipe coiffure et maquillage
- Interlocuteur.trice central.e pour toutes les exigences liées aux LED de l'équipe Show
- Collaboration étroite avec les technicien.nes
- Gestion, surveillance et organisation du contenu LED pour le show

**Votre profil**:

- Expérience de plusieurs années en tant que responsable de production ou à une fonction similaire
- Goût marqué pour le travail en équipe, expérience de la collaboration avec des créatif.ves, des technicien.nes et des artistes au sein d'équipes interdisciplinaires
- Excellentes compétences de planification et d'organisation
- Capacité à garder la tête froide même dans les situations stressantes
- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit; la maîtrise d'une seconde langue (allemand ou français) serait utile.
- Volonté de travailler dans un environnement de production intense et dynamique et disposition à être flexible
