**Planner & Technical Admin (m/w/d) 50%**

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Organise et coordonne les activités de maintenance préventive pour les installations techniques
- Planifie avec les partenaires externes les interventions
- Assure l’intégrité des données dans la GMAO et selon les BDP
- Manage la planification des interventions au travers de la GMAO
- Coordonne la configuration ou la création des équipements dans la GMAO
- Maintien la base de donnée GMAO
- Supporte l’équipe technique pour les analyses de risques
- Assure la création des badges d’accès et leurs configurations
- Attribue les vestiaires aux employés du site
- Effectue les inspections des bâtiments
- Participe aux investigations et actions relatives aux sujets qualité et EHS
- Assure l’interface avec les activités des sites
- Soutient l’équipe lors des audits qualité et EHS
- Supporte les changements documentaires dans le système qualité

Vous rapportez au Facilities, Maintenance, Calibration Site Lead

**Vos qualifications**:

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (word, excel, powerpoint, )
- Expérience avec l’utilisation d’une GMAO et d’un PLM
- Aptitude à travailler en collaboration avec un groupe de personnes afin d'atteindre un objectif commun
- Autonome, efficace et flexible dans les horaires de travail
- Curieux et investi, vous êtes reconnu pour votre dynamisme et votre rigueur
- Maîtrise du français
- Anglais : niveau minimum B1.1
