TÄTIGKEITSBESCHREIBUNG:

- Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien, die von den Einkäuferkategorien festgelegt werden, um die Kosten und Beschaffungsprozesse zu optimieren
- Verantwortung für den Einkauf von technischen Materialgruppen, z. B. Kunststoffteile
- Aufbau, Pflege und Entwicklung langfristiger Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen
- Aushandlung von Rahmenverträgen und Konditionen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
- Durchführung des Lieferanten
- und Risikomanagements für die kurz
- und langfristige Materialbeschaffung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Entwicklung, Qualität und Disposition, um die Produktivitätspläne so schnell wie möglich umzusetzen
- Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsverpflichtungen bei Tier-1- und Tier-2-Lieferanten
- Verwaltung von Stammdaten, Pflege und Aktualisierung von beschaffungsbezogenen Stammdaten, einschließlich Bezugslisten, Einkaufsinfosätze und Lieferantenkategorisierungen

PROFIL:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen und/oder technischen Bereich oder eine Ausbildung im kaufmännisch-technischen Bereich
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Strategischer oder Serien Einkäufer in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsfeld (Technischen Einkauf)
- Erfahrung in der Analyse von Kosten und im Führen von Verhandlungen unter Anwendung diverser Verhandlungstechniken
- Erfahrung im bereichsübergreifenden Arbeiten und im Projektmanagement
- Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit Komplexität zu vereinfachen und Agilität zu zeigen
- Streben nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung, um die Leistung zu maximieren
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im SAP und in Microsoft Office
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft (max. 15% internationale Reisetätigkeit)
