Web Administrator

In order to strengthen our client's teams in Geneva, we are opening a Web Administrator role.

**Responsabilities**:

- Monitor, maintain, tune, and ensure highest possible uptime for web platforms services
- Maintains web environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades and monitoring system performance
- Establishes web system specifications by analyzing access, information and security requirements and designing system infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and diagnose websites related issues affecting end users escalated by the Service Desk and User Support teams
- Secures web system by developing system access, monitoring, control and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery methodology
- Interact with service providers for ongoing support and operations as well as project implementation tasks
- Participate in the design and installation phases of new projects, in consultation with the direct supervisor
- Maintain a comprehensive and up to date documentation that include system and operational policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of good practices, new trends and technologies and evaluate these for possible adoption
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
- University degree
- At leat 5 years in a similar role
- Intimate knowledge of Reverse Proxy platform and certificate Management
- Excellent knowledge of Web Content Management System like Drupal
- Proficient in web-based protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, PHP
- Proficient with Windows and Linux servers administration, including scripting
- Familiar with working on cloud hosting platforms
- Proficiency on CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting Web platforms
- Comfortable with SSO protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Fluent in English and French
