Gruppenleiter/in Energy und Clean Utilities
Als erfolgreicher Gruppenleiter/in Energy und Clean Utilities sind Sie mit Ihrem Team für die Versorgung des Standorts Bern mit Schwarz- und Reinmedien zuständig.
- Gruppenleitung der Bereiche Energy und Clean Utilities mit 8-10 Mitarbeitenden
- Fachliche Verantwortung u.a. für die Bereiche Prozess- und Gebäudesysteme wie Ethanolanlagen (Annahme, Rektifikation, Lager und Verteilung), Dampferzeugung, Reindampfanlagen, Reinwasser (PW; HPW, WFI), Abwasser, Druckluft, Gase, Chemikalien
- Mitarbeiterführung und –entwicklung
- Koordination der Instandhaltung und der Wartungsunterbrüche
- Begleitung und Überwachung von externen Partnern
- Alarmpikett (1st und 2nd Level) 24/7
- Störungsbehebung
- Aufrechterhaltung des qualifizierten Zustands der Anlagen nach cGxP
- Ursachensuche und –dokumentation bei Abweichungen oder Störungen
- Kosteneinsparungen und Budgetkontrolle
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (technische Ausbildung, Sanitär, Anlagenführer, Elektro mit Abschluss und/oder Weiterbildung)
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung inkl. Teamleitung im Bereich Unterhalt oder Technik
- Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld
- Gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit Teamgeist
- Kommunikationstalent
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Spricht fliessend Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse des Englischen (Wort und Schrift)
