Wir entwickeln und produzieren innovative High-Tech-Komponenten und -Systeme auf der Basis von Röntgen- und Hochfrequenztechnologie. Unsere Entwicklungen leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer sicheren, effizienten und nachhaltigen Produktion, Mobilität und Kommunikation.

Im Geschäftsbereich Industrielle Röntgenmodule bieten wir durch die Entwicklung intelligenter industrieller Röntgentechnologien sicherere, wirtschaftlichere und bahnbrechende Lösungen für zerstörungsfreie Prüfungen und Sicherheitsanwendungen.

Das wirst du tun:

  • Gesamtprojektleitung von strategischen Projekten im Bereich Operations für die Division IXM (bspw. Outsourcing, grosse Investitions-, oder Effizienzsteigerungsprojekte usw.)
  • Führung des Projektteams in einer Matrixfunktion inkl. Management der Teilprojekte und des Ressourcenbedarfs mit den technischen Experten und Linienvorgesetzten
  • Erarbeitung von Alternativszenarien sowie Risikominimierungsmassnahmen im Falle von Projektverzögerungen oder veränderten Rahmenbedingungen
  • Erstellen von Spezifikationen, Nutzwertanalysen, Lastenheften und Abnahmerichtlinien innerhalb des Projektes

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Elektroingenieur oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in einer Matrixorganisation sowie Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain & Operations im industriellen Umfeld
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
