Your challenge

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of SAP specialists in the areas of SAP Manufacturing, AVC and LO-VC

  • Ensure the successful implementation and continuous optimization of SAP Manufacturing modules in both Public Cloud and on-premise environments

  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficiency enhancements

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for team members and end-users

  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate SAP solutions into business processes

  • Develop, implement, and maintain best practices and standards within the SAP domain

  • Support the SAP CoE Leader in strategic planning and execution of SAP projects

  • Assist in SAP budget planning and resource management

  • Support in recruitment and SAP team management

 

Your qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, AVC and LO-VC

  • Several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the manufacturing sector

  • Proven experience in SAP project management and change management

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Fluent in both German and English
