In der Schweiz suchen wir einen erfahrenen und engagierten Spezialisten/in, welche/r die strategische Ausrichtung in den Bereichen Medizin und Zulassung weiter vorantreibt und das wachsende Unternehmen unterstützt. Als künftige/r Head Medical & Regulatory Affairs
(Mitglied der GL) verantworten Sie die Bereiche Medical Affairs, Pharmakovigilanz, Regulatory Affairs, Qualitätsmanagement und nehmen die gesetzliche Vertretung bei klinischen Studien wahr. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung führen Sie die einzelnen Bereiche des Medical Departments. Für die Planung und Überwachung der einzelnen Budgets sind Sie ebenfalls zuständig. Sie führen Ihr Team mit zwei Personen fachlich und unterstützen deren Weiterentwicklung. Zudem beraten Sie die Geschäftsführung und interdisziplinäre Teams zu medizinischen sowie gesetzlichen Fragestellungen und verantworten sowohl die Planung als auch die Umsetzung von Zulassungsstrategien bei den Schweizer Gesundheitsbehörden. Sie entwickeln und pflegen wissenschaftliche Partnerschaften und sind eng im Austausch mit medizinischen Fachkreisen. Wir wenden uns an Personen mit einerPromotion in Medizin oder Pharmazieoder in einer Naturwissenschaft mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld. Für die Wahrnehmung Ihrer Vorgesetztenrolle besitzen Sie ein modernes, teamorientiertes Führungsverständnis und fördern ein konstruktives und interdisziplinäres Arbeitsumfeld. Analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Interesse an Innovationen, Kommunikationstalent sowie Belastbarkeit sind zudem nötig, um die anstehenden Aufgaben erfolgreich zu meistern.
