Trust Officer

dont les tâches principales seront les suivantes: 

  • Création, administration et gestion d'entités « offshore » dans diverses juridictions, préparation des résolutions et documentation relevant aux transactions prises et clôtures.
  • Revue des investissements, revue de la comptabilité des structures ainsi que FATCA/CRS documents/rapports
  • Collaboration avec les banques et tiers gérants en matière d’ouverture et fermeture de comptes, transferts et d’opérations bancaires, ainsi qu’avec d’autres correspondants externes.
  • Création de nouvelles données et mise à jour des données dans la base de données interne pour clients
  • Suivi des exigences en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent selon les polices internes avec le service « Compliance »,
  • Facturation, ainsi que la mise en œuvre du paiement des honoraires et des factures des entités et leur suivi comme débiteurs,
  • Assistance dans le cadre de projets spéciaux en relation avec les entités et participation aux rendez-vous clients ou tierce parties liées à la structure

Compétences requises: 

  • Bonnes connaissances en français et en anglais (écrit et parlé)
  • Bonnes connaissances des trusts et sociétés offshore ainsi que leur gestion
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des trusts
  • Diplôme STEP
  • Aisance relationnelle avec la clientèle et tierces parties telles qu’avocats, banquiers et institutions diverses.
