Set to open end of 2023, Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich will feature 80 guestrooms and suites and three dining outlets, comprising an all-day dining venue, a speciality restaurant, and a lobby lounge.
The property is ideally placed for meetings and gatherings, and the renovation will enhance conference and event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.
As Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties : Provide a seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times.
Responsible handling of work materials and inventory, ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with the local hygiene, safety and security standards to guarantee safety.
Ensures the cleanliness of public areas, storage areas, floors, housekeeping office and back of house areas.
Professional cleaning of Guestrooms and Turndown Service.
Forwarding Lost and Founds to the Housekeeping Office.
Reporting technical defects.
Special tasks in the Housekeeping area Delivering und returning Extra beds, Baby cots and dog baskets.
Distributing laundry, room and minibar amenities to the floor offices.
Receiving, checking, cleaning, ironing and packaging of and delivering guest laundry and issuing hotel uniforms.

Das Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich wird Ende 2023 eröffnet und verfügt über 80 Gästezimmer und Suiten sowie drei gastronomische Einrichtungen, darunter ein ganztägig geöffnetes Restaurant, ein Spezialitätenrestaurant und eine Lobby Lounge.
Das Hotel ist ein idealer Ort für Meetings und Versammlungen, und die Renovierung wird die Konferenz- und Veranstaltungseinrichtungen verbessern, einschließlich eines großen historischen Ballsaals.
Als Housekeeping Attendant werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein: Kümmert sich um alle Gästeanfragen, um deren Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen Fachgerechte Nutzung von Pflege- und Reinigungsmitteln, Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards Reinigung aller öffentlichen Bereiche, der Korridore, Lagerräume, Backbereiche, Etagen Büros, Housekeeping Büro Professionelle Zimmerreinigung der Bleibe- An- und Abreisezimmer und Durchführung des Turndown Service Weiterleitung von Fundsachen an das Housekeeping Office Meldung von technischen Mängeln Erledigung von Extraarbeiten im Housekeepingbereich Verteilung und Rücknahme von Extrabetten, Babybetten und Hundekörben Verteilung der Wäsche, der Zimmeraccessoires sowie der Minibargetränke in die Etagenlager Fachgerechte Annahme, Kontrolle, Sortierung, Reinigung, Bügeln, Verpackung und Lieferung der Gästewäsche sowie Verwaltung und Ausgabe der Hoteluniform Als Housekeeping Attendant erwarten wir von Ihnen : Eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Flexibilität – zu Ihrer Position gehören Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten Gute Umgangsformen und ein hohes Mass an Qualitätsbewusstsein Aufgeschlossenheit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
