TasksActive support of the products during development, market launch, growth phase, maturity phase up to saturation and the following discontinuation and orderly product withdrawalCreating business cases for new and/or further developments for the Executive BoardSupervising and monitoring (budget responsibility) developments in the role of the customerdocumentation of the productsmanaging the product's finances and keeping the product development within the budgetDevelop price-, sales- and marketing strategy for individual productsIncrease the economic efficiency of imported productsobsolescence managementInterface between different internal stakeholders (development, purchasing, sales, project management, business development, etc.)Profilecompleted technical education as electrical or computer science engineerstrong knowledge of CBTC (Communication Based Train Control)strong leadership qualities5 years experience in Product developmentestablished Software programming background, preferably with PLC development as per IEC 61131regulatory knowledge to ensure the product meets the legal standards to avoid compliance issuesExperience with Agile Development methods and iterative approach.
