Production Team Leader

Sous la direction du Responsable de ligne de production, vous assurez au quotidien et sur le terrain que les opérations de fabrication se déroulent conformément au plan de production, aux processus de l'entreprise, aux standards et exigences Qualité Sécurité et OPEX, ainsi qu'aux objectifs de productivité. Vous coordonnez les opérations avec la Supply-chain, l'Assurance Qualité et la Maintenance notamment.

Dans ce rôle de team leader, vous encadrez et accompagnez près de 40 collaborateurs travaillant en horaire d'équipe et dont vous avez la responsabilité.

Tâches & responsabilités

Superviser sur le terrain le bon déroulement des processus de production, l'application des règles Qualité, Hygiène et Sécurité, l'adoption des comportements OPEX et Lean Encadrer les collaborateurs de l'équipe au quotidien, définir l'organisation et le planning de travail, conduire les entretiens courants, participer au recrutement du personnel, gérer les absences et vacances, assurer l'information et la communication au sein de l'équipe Gérer la formation et la qualification du personnel, l'intégration de nouveaux collaborateurs ou de personnel intérimaire Organiser le déroulement des campagnes de production et l'approvisionnement utile Coordonner les interventions de maintenance préventive et curative Annoncer les déviations, investiguer les causes et mettre en place les mesures de correction et prévention Contrôler les dossiers de lots et les log-books Suivre et tenir à jour les indicateurs de la ligne

Compétences professionnelles

Au bénéfice d'une formation de niveau CFC minimum (OMA ou métier technique de préférence) 3-5 ans d'expérience en production dans une fonction avec une responsabilité d'équipement ou de process, idéalement dans un environnement pharma Connaissances de systèmes Qualité, des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF / GMP)

et orientation Lean et processus Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en management d'équipe ou en gestion de collaborateurs Excellente aptitude d'organisation, de planification et d'analyse synthèse Aptitude reconnue de communicateur et de formateur Très bonne maîtrise orale et écrite du français
