Votre mission sera de piloter et d'optimiser les systèmes de qualité, tout en encadrant une équipe d'experts dédiée.Votre Rôle :Gestion d'équipe : Management des experts en documentation, formation, implémentation des standards et gestion des revues périodiques au sein du groupe Quality SystemsSystèmes de qualité : Maitrise et gestion des systèmes suivants :Système de formation du siteSystème documentaireRevues périodiquesInspections concernant les systèmes de formation et documentationAudits et inspections : Coordonner et participer aux audits internes et externes pour évaluer l'efficacité des systèmes de qualité Préparer et assister aux inspections des autorités réglementairesDocumentation qualité : Superviser la révision, l'approbation et l'archivage de la documentation qualité, incluant les procédures opératoires standard (SOP), les rapports d'audit et les plans CAPAAmélioration continue : Proposer et implémenter des initiatives pour optimiser les processus de gestion de la qualitéCollaboration inter-départementale : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements transverses pour intégrer les meilleures pratiques de qualité dans toutes les opérationsVotre Profil :Formation : Diplôme scientifique (master de préférence ou profil équivalent par l'expérience) en biologie, chimie, ingénierie pharmaceutique ou équivalentVous avez une expérience en management Expérience : Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou biopharmaceutique sur un site de fabrication GMPConnaissances : Excellente connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP) et des technologies associées telles que les bioréacteurs, la culture cellulaire, la purification des protéines et le travail en atmosphère contrôléeCompétences analytiques : Familiarité avec les outils d'enquête et excellentes compétences analytiquesOutils digitaux et LEAN : Bonne connaissance des outils digitaux et des principes LEANLangues : Maîtrise du français (obligatoire) et de l'anglaisQualités personnelles : Proactif dans la mise en œuvre des améliorations, orienté solution, capacité d'adaptation aux changements, esprit d'équipe et très bonnes compétences en communicationNous recherchons un leader passionné par l'excellence et l'innovation, prêt à s'investir dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
