They are Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.Your MissionYou’ll drive the design perspective in your projects and provide direction through the end-to-end design process as you design and validate solutions. Starting with effective problem framing through ideation, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes (and ending with user-validated, high-fidelity designs), you’ll design features/tools our users will delight in. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers in cross-functional teams, and other peers,

stakeholders and experts. You will shape and strategize the development of the product’s design and flesh out guidelines and patterns. All the while, you’ll balance creating engaging and beautiful user experiences with your understanding of user behavior that you back up with data – the same data you’ll use to measure success. Your Responsibilities You’ll Design products that are inclusive and usable for a wide range of usersYou’ll initiate, define, and guide innovative product opportunities from discovery to delivery.You’ll create a range of design artifacts (i.e. maps, flows, and wireframes to beautiful, high-fidelity UIs) quickly.You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product managers to generate new ideas.You’ll solve complex design challenges by coming up with innovative and user-friendly solutions.Your StoryYou can work in a hybrid or on-site format within Switzerland where you’re able to work in our St. Gallen office on a regular basis. You have 5+ years of design experience working with SaaS or digital products.You're confident working with both UI and UX – even if one is your main field of expertise.You excel in the communication of design outcomes and advocate for great design internally.You bring a high attention to detail to all your projects and are ready to go the extra mile to make a good Design a great Design.You get more – not less – creative when faced with limits and ambiguity. You contributed or conducted quantitative and qualitative user research in the past.You enjoy working cross-functionally and bringing new ideas to the table and are never afraid to challenge the status quo.You’re familiar with tools like Figma, Figjam, Maze, and Clickup – bonus points if you've worked with templating, guideline or DAM tools.You speak English fluently.Why join us?· We want to see you thrive; we’ll provide you the tools to shape your place and future at Frontify.· We have a product that helps to connect brands and people with a human element.· We offer you the chance to enjoy your work, offering flexibility, opportunity, and exposure to new technologies and ideas.· We are a social bunch so if you are an animal lover, a student of yoga, or love travel, we have all the slack channels you needWhat we offer· We encourage you to take at least 5 weeks of holiday· Budget for home office set-up· Annual salary review· Additional localized benefits· Invite to our annual, summer company meet-up Important to usAt Frontify, we believe in being true to ourselves: We are committed to creating and fostering an inclusive environment of vibrant individuals whose diverse perspectives build our collective future.
