ENGINEERING & TRAINING SYSTEMS COMPOSITES Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland Your Tasks Perform advanced structural analysis on composite structural and non-structural components for new development projectsTake autonomous leadership of minor to major composite-related sub-projects regarding structural engineering tasksPrepare documentation to support design reviews, tests, technical meetings and sizing processesPrepare concepts and risk assessments for new composite built concepts from a structural standpointDevelop test concepts and plan their execution for composite components and assemblies, including related test requests and test data analysis With this you convince us University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalentExcellent knowledge of structural analysis and a minimum of 5 years proven experience in structural analysis (using NASTRAN, FEMAP; ABAQUS is a plus) on composite aircraft structuresProven experience in deploying classical hand-calculation and stress analysis methods and utilizing Aerospace industry standard reference sourcesFluent in English verbal and written, German verbal language skills count as an assetHighly motivated individual with the ability to work under challenging timescales in a dynamic and responsive environmentAbility to work and maintain focus on a wide range of tasks simultaneously What we offer A committed, international team and unique projects Flexible working hours and individual pension solutions Support for training and opportunities for personal and professional development Discounted meals in our staff restaurant and various discounts for employees Team events at which we celebrate our successes together Become part of the Pilatus family We want to address everyone with our job ad's and are committed to diversity in our company –
