For more information about our site in Allschwil please visit: www.fisherclinicalservices.com.For our location in Allschwil/Basel we are looking for an office basedAssociate Label Project ManagerYou as an Associate Project Manager (APM) handle projects / studies for customers, and you are working with various departments, proactively working with all the parties involved in the study and in timeline management, achievement tracking and weekly updates to the customer. .Your qualifications:Works with the Client to finalize Specifications. This may include meetings at the client’s premises.Setting up and maintaining study filing systems and maintains accurate records for all work undertaken.Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure that all services and products are ready for the start of the study or as the need arises by the customer.Use of appropriate project planning tools to communicate achievements and critical path activities and responsibilities.Timely provision of reports and other information to customers if applicable.Builds and/or supports creation of Label Specifications, Label proofs and print documentation using internal systems (CMAP)Provides back-up support to other Associate and/or Project managers,Responsible for quote correctness and financial forecasting.Monitors project activities and day to day business as well as establishment of a customer approved Job SpecificationCollects all the information on a study design including accurate label texts and all other relevant information.Coordinates shipments through the logistics departmentResponsible to log issues into Trackwise and work on the investigationWorks mainly on accounts which are already established with a Customer Profile and/or defined processApplies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areasYour Qualifications:Experience in project management as a Project Coordinator or equivalent 2+yearsProfessional degree, preferably in a health related field or customer serviceStrong interpersonal and communication skills to include significant relationship building.Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).Validated experience with customers in a multifaceted environment.Understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.Excellent interpersonal, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.Ability to develop strong customer leadership skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.Ability to learn and master all internal systems associated with projects (i.e. Salesforce, GPMS, Trackwise).Our Offer:You can expect a multifaceted job in a dynamic and international environment.
