Aufgaben- Verantwortung für die finanzielle Steuerung und Transparenz innerhalb eines oder mehrerer Geschäftsfelder- Unterstützung des Business Managers und des Head of Business Area Controlling als Sparringpartner- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung des neuen Finance Business Partner Modells innerhalb der Finanzorganisation- Erstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Business Cases und Sicherstellung der Financial Governance während der Angebotsphase, einschliesslich Konzeptentwicklung- Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern für ein transparentes und zielgerichtetes Projektcontrolling- Analyse und Kommentierung der Ergebnisse mit den Leitern der Geschäftsfelder, einschliesslich Erstellung von Forecasts und Finanzplänen Profil- Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und/oder eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling (FH/Uni)- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)- Verantwortungsbewusste und wirtschaftliche Denk- und Handlungsweise- Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen an andere Standorte Wissenswertes- Die Work-Life-Balance wird hier geschätzt, mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten für eine optimale Tagesgestaltung- Eine Option für das Arbeiten von Zuhause aus wird angeboten, und es wird die Bedeutung einer ausgewogenen Work-from-Home-Option betont- Die Arbeitsplätze sind zeitgemäss gestaltet und bieten eine inspirierende Umgebung für effektives Arbeiten- Die berufliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter wird unterstützt durch aktive Förderung von Weiterbildungsannahmen- Fortschrittliche und faire Anstellungsbedingungen werden geboten, die die individuellen Leistungen angemessen honorieren
