Office is located In Neuhausen / Rheinfall close to the German Border and close to Cities like Schaffhausen and ZurichWe are an international team covering EMEA and India with native language speakersWe are searching a person who will take over following tasks:Responsible for processing sales quotes and orders (in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Export Control guidelines) in OracleDevelopment of the customer relationship, assuring customers receive the right support for their procurement needs as well as their service needs in teamwork with Sales account managersResponsible for taking inbound customer calls for sales & service and answering live chatsCollaboration with multiple internal departments worldwide, like: Manufacturing, Marketing, Logistics, Finance,Clarification on products, delivery times, prices and terms and conditions for customersExperience in CRM Microsoft DynamicsGood knowledge of Microsoft office tool & ERP system Oracle ( Or similar )Support for Sales teams on operational processesThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order management and Systems knowledge on ERP systems like Oracle and CRM Dynamics. We have a new renovated office with up-to-date infrastructure.
