Regular attendance at networking events and expert group meetings is a key part of your strategy to expand your relationship network You have your finger on the pulse of the engineering market, identifying trends and understanding the critical questions clients face As a solid discussion partner, you dive deep into the customer's business, think proactively about talent opportunities, and offer the right Randstad Professionals services. Your ultimate goal is to create a perfect match between talents and clients Your involvement doesn't stop with clients.
