Wir suchen für die Deutschschweiz eine/n Requirements Engineer (80-100%) DEINE AUFGABEN

Als Requirements Engineer übernimmst du komplexe Aufgaben im Bereich der Anforderungsanalyse und realisierst diese in professioneller Umgebung. Als Bindeglied zwischen den Geschäftsbereichen und der Entwicklung lernst du das Umfeld sowie die Bedürfnisse und Geschäftsprozesse der Kunden kennen und verstehen. Dazu leitest du Workshops zum Abgleich, zur Priorisierung und zur Klärung der Anforderungen. Mit der Definition und Konzeption von innovativen Softwarelösungen gestaltest du die Umsetzung aktiv mit. DEINE PERSÖNLICHKEIT

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Requirements Engineer. Führungserfahrung im Rahmen von Projekten oder als Product Owner ist von Vorteil. Weiterbildungen, Zertifizierungen im Bereich Requirements Engineering (z.B. IREB). Nachgewiesene praktische Erfahrung in Requirements Engineering im agilen Umfeld. Kenntnisse von objektorientiertem Softwaredesign und UML sind von Vorteil. Schnelle Auffassung, strukturiertes Vorgehen und Motivation, Probleme anzugehen und Lösungsvarianten zu erarbeiten. Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, Stakeholder auf allen Stufen abzuholen. Ausgeprägte Stärke in Moderation und Konfliktmanagement. Du vermittelst gerne dein Wissen in internen und externen Kursen/Workshops. Hochschulausbildung im Bereich Informatik (FH/Uni/ETH). Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse DEINE PERSPEKTIVEN
