Tasks:

Reporting to the management team and working closely with the real estate team as well as other group executives, including but not limited to:

* Responsible for marketing and communication activities on group level including preparation of the annual report, press releases and other online communication (website, social media)
* Responsible for the marketing activities of the real estate company and support other group companies
* Market research and analysis
* Define and ensure implementation of style guides, support various presentations
* Support the finance team with preparation with various analyses for controlling, planning and valuation
* Support of M&A transactions, including due diligence, transaction planning and execution
* Support management of stock option programs
* Manage the annual risk analysis process incl. regular review of framework
* Manage the group’s sustainability/ESG initiatives
* Lead the headquarters digitization initiative with active involvement
* Secure the storage of all critical documents on Holding level
* Oversight of group shareholdings and maintain organizational charts
* Support preparation and presentations in Board Meetings, including consequential preparation of minutes and action plans
* Support the small team by taking phone calls, welcoming guests
* Manage travel arrangements and bookings
* Conception, planning and implementation of various events
