We are seeking an experienced Trust Officer to join our team on a temporary basis to cover an 8-month maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in trust administration, particularly in drafting resolutions, and possess fluency in both French and English.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Trust Administration: Manage day-to-day administration of trusts, including handling trust structures, ensuring compliance with trust deeds, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Drafting Resolutions: Prepare, draft, and execute trust-related resolutions and legal documents in both French and English.
- Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for beneficiaries, trustees, and other professional advisors, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Reporting and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports, financial statements, and trust documents, while maintaining an organized record-keeping system.
Profile
Qualifications:- Proven experience in trust administration, with a deep understanding of trust structures and legal documentation.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong ability to draft and execute resolutions related to trust activities.
- Familiarity with legal and financial requirements pertaining to trust management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
Job Offer
A contract of 8 months
