IT Business Analyst - Finance

Sigma Suisse recherche pour son client, une entreprise dans le secteur du trading de matière première, un(e) IT Business Analyst - Finance à Fribourg en Suisse. La position demande une relocalisation, ou être proche du HQ.

 

Description de la fonction

 

Vous occuperez un rôle stratégique entre les équipes métiers et le département informatique. Le poste est basé à Fribourg, avec des déplacements à prévoir (3 à 5 fois par an).

 

Responsabilités :

 

  • Analyse des besoins : Identifier, collecter et formaliser les besoins métiers en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes (agronomie, finance, RH, etc.).
  • Rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles : Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées pour guider les équipes techniques dans le développement des solutions. Formaliser les processus métiers et élaborer la documentation nécessaire.
  • Coordination IT-Métiers : Assurer une communication fluide, et la cohérence entre les équipes métiers et informatiques, garantissant l'alignement des objectifs et des solutions mises en œuvre.
  • Conception de solutions : Proposer des solutions techniques innovantes et adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de chaque métier. Prioriser et coordonner l'exécution des projets, en lien avec les équipes internes et les prestataires externes.
  • Intégration comptable : Garantir une intégration optimale des données financières dans les systèmes d’information, en s'appuyant sur une solide connaissance des processus comptables.
  • Tests et validation : Rédiger et exécuter des plans de tests (UAT) pour s’assurer que les solutions répondent aux attentes métiers. Cartographier les processus métiers et optimiser leur modélisation afin de garantir leur efficacité.
  • Formation et support utilisateurs : Accompagner et former les utilisateurs lors de l’implémentation des nouvelles solutions, et offrir un support post-déploiement.
  • Suivi des délais et des coûts : Assurer le respect des échéances et la maîtrise des coûts liés aux projets, en veillant à la qualité des livrables.

 

Profil recherché :

 

  • Formation : Diplôme en informatique ou discipline équivalente (universitaire, EPF, HES, ou équivalent).
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Business Analyste, de préférence dans des secteurs liés à l’agronomie, l'industrie ou l’agro-industrie.
  • Compétences techniques : Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets, maîtrise des systèmes ERP et des outils de modélisation (UML, BPMN).
  • Connaissances comptables : Compréhension approfondie des principes comptables et de leur application dans les systèmes d'information.
  • Compétences relationnelles : Excellentes capacités de communication, travail en équipe et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Rigueur et précision : Capacité à produire des documents détaillés, tout en veillant à la qualité des livrables.
  • Orientation client et qualité de service : Approche centrée sur la satisfaction des besoins métiers et la fourniture de solutions de qualité.
  • Autonomie et proactivité : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à prendre des initiatives et à proposer des solutions innovantes.
