Depuis 2001, TESA fait partie de Hexagon , fournisseur leader global de technologie d’information.

Nous recherchons pour notre Département Informatique, sur le site de Renens (VD), un(e):

 

IT Project Manager

En collaboration avec la Direction locale, vous planifiez, organisez et déployez des projets dans le domaine de la Technologie de l’Information, plus particulièrement des applications métier. L'objectif est de faire évoluer les systèmes vers des solutions récentes, standardisées et basées sur le cloud, contribuant ainsi à la transformation digitale de notre entreprise.

 

Vos activités principales:

  • Superviser les activités de support de l’ERP existant AS400 / Infor XA (MAPICS) jusqu’à l’arrêt définitif de celui-ci, y compris les interfaces et connexions vers les applications annexes (gestion de stocks, entrées de commandes EDI, reporting BI etc.)
  • Maintien actif des relations avec nos prestataires externes et les ressources internes intervenants sur l’ERP
  • Suivre les contrats de maintenance des systèmes AS400 et ERP et systèmes connexes, ainsi que des mandats de prestations ponctuelles
  • Préparer avec les équipes IT globales de Hexagon, la sortie de l’ERP existant vers un ERP global SAP S4/HANA en tenant compte des spécificités locales.
  • Superviser et participer aux activités de migration de l’écosystème IT local vers SAP, en agissant en tant que point de contact pour les équipes de projets globales du groupe Hexagon.

 

Votre profil :

  • Master en Informatique avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans les applications métiers, ou Bachelor en Informatique avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans les applications métiers.
  • Expérience réussie d’une migration ERP (ou au moins d’un module ERP ou applicatif) dans le secteur industriel.
  • Expérience de projets internationaux.
  • Parfaite maitrise du français et très bon niveau d’anglais (minimum requis : Niv B2)
  • Capacités analytiques fortes.
  • Capacité à s’adapter rapidement à des environnements IT inconnus.
  • Communication facile avec les intervenants du Management, de l’IT et des utilisateurs.
  • Expérience ou connaissance de SAP S4/HANA ou AS400 est un atout.

Type de contrat : Contrat à durée déterminé (2 ans)
