Missions
En tant que Manager Process Engineering, vous serez responsable de la supervision, de l'optimisation et de l'implémentation des processus de fabrication, de nettoyage et de packaging des produits, en dirigeant une équipe technique dans un environnement de production complexe.
Responsabilités:
- Supervision de la production, mise en uvre et amélioration des processus, ainsi que l'industrialisation de nouveaux produits.
- Collaboration étroite avec les départements de production et de qualité pour garantir la maîtrise et l'optimisation des processus.
- Développement de nouvelles méthodes de travail visant à réduire les coûts et à améliorer les flux.
- Rationalisation des processus pour assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires et maîtriser les coûts.
- Participation à la sélection des nouveaux équipements de production.
- Supervision de la qualification des équipements et de la validation des processus.
- Gestion de la documentation qualité et formation des opérateurs de production.
- Participation au processus de transfert en production de nouveaux produits ou de nouveaux procédés de fabrication.
Management du département:
- Organisation de l'équipe pour assurer une production optimale.
- Élaboration de la gestion de l'activité et des procédures associées.
- Gestion du budget de l'activité.
- Coordination des projets d'implémentation et d'optimisation des processus.
- Validation des stratégies de qualification des équipements et des processus.
- Coordination des actions correctives et préventives.
- Mise en place et optimisation des outils de gestion.
Profil du candidat
- Formation d'ingénieur en mécanique, microtechnique ou équivalent.
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans un département d'industrialisation/méthode/validation, dont au moins 5 ans en tant que manager d'équipe.
- Expérience dans le domaine médical.
- Connaissance des normes réglementaires ISO13485 et des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF).
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression.
- Esprit pratique, méthodique et rigoureux.
- Compétences en gestion de projets
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
