Head of Middle Office/Middle Office Manager

 

Description du poste :

 

Nous recherchons un Head of Middle Office / Middle Office Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client. Vous aurez la responsabilité de superviser toutes les activités du middle office, d'optimiser les processus et de garantir une liaison efficace entre le front office et le back office. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des risques, le contrôle des transactions et l'amélioration continue des opérations.

 

Responsabilités principales :

 

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités quotidiennes du middle office.
  • Assurer la conformité des processus et des transactions avec les réglementations en vigueur.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le front office pour garantir l'exactitude et l'efficacité des flux de transactions.
  • Gérer une équipe, en assurant la formation, le développement et l'évaluation des performances.
  • Participer à des projets stratégiques pour améliorer les systèmes et les procédures, notamment l'intégration des systèmes d'information stratégiques (S2I).

 

Qualifications requises :

 

  • Minimum 15 ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire, avec une expertise significative en middle office.
  • Maîtrise des réglementations financières et des normes de conformité.
  • Connaissances des systèmes d'information stratégiques (S2I) considérées comme un atout.
  • Capacité avérée à diriger et à motiver une équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de projets.
  • Formation supérieure en finance, économie ou domaine connexe.
