Description du poste

Identifier les besoins utilisateurs en collaboration avec les équipes locales et le responsable UX, mener des études utilisateurs et produire des analyses chiffrées.

Soutenir les Business Owners dans la création des User Stories et adopter une stratégie centrée sur le consommateur final.

Prioriser les projets et améliorations pour atteindre les objectifs e-commerce.

Travailler avec le Technical Leader pour définir les spécifications projets et garantir le respect des plannings, périmètres, coûts et qualité des développements.

Superviser les tests et coordonner avec le QA manager et les business owners.

Soutenir le Head of E-Commerce dans l'animation du réseau international, partager la roadmap et le progrès des projets, et assurer des échanges réguliers et partages d'expérience avec les autres marques du groupe.

Former les e-commerce managers locaux, partager les meilleures pratiques et promouvoir les méthodologies Agile.

Planifier le déploiement des fonctionnalités et suivre et optimiser les méthodes de paiement populaires en collaboration avec les e-commerce managers et le responsable moyen de paiement.

Définir les besoins et priorités basés sur les données, analyser l'impact des fonctionnalités mises en place, et implémenter des cas de détection de fraude avec les parties prenantes.

Effectuer une veille permanente sur les tendances e-commerce.

Profil

Diplôme en informatique, marketing digital, gestion de projet, ou domaine connexe avec 3-5 années d'expérience

Maîtrise de la gestion de projet en Agile (SCRUM)

Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes techniques

Connaissances en UX et UI, orienté besoins utilisateurs

Approche data driven avec un esprit analytique

Esprit d'équipe, rigoureux, organisé et flexible

Compétences requises

Forte expérience avec Salesforce Commerce Cloud, de préférence sur un site e-commerce international

Compétence avérée en gestion d'un backlog de fonctionnalités via un outil de ticketing avancé (Jira)

Solide expérience en implémentation de méthodes de paiement et d'outils de gestion de fraude

Connaissances en UX et UI, avec une orientation marquée vers les besoins utilisateurs
