Deine Aufgabe

  • Administrative und tatkräftige Unterstützung sowie Koordination eines kleines Teams bei der Planung, Organisation und Koordination von weltweit anfallenden Transporten (Import/Export)
  • Erstellen von Speditionspapieren mit allen notwendigen Zollpapieren (z.B. Carnet ATA)
  • Vorbereiten von Sendungen und Expresskurieren und Uebernahme der Verantwortung für die korrekte Abwicklung 
  • Führen des Ursprungswesens und Erstellen aller relevanten Beglaubigungen und Nachweise
  • Plfegen des Kontakts zu den Behörden, Handelskammer, Zoll etc. 

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (technisch oder kaufmännisch) sowie eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung (Exportsachbearbeiter/in/Aussenhandelsfachfrau/-mann)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Import/Export
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Office und SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Vorzugsweise ein IATA-Zertifikat für das Verpacken von Gefahrengütern
  • Einen Führerausweis Kat. B und wenn möglich Deichsel- und Gegengewichts-Stapler-Ausweis
  • Ein Teamplayer, welcher es sich gewohnt ist, effizient und speditiv zu arbeiten
  • Selbstbewusst, beharrlich, belastbar und mit einer guten Prise Humor
  • Bereit, für ein spannendes Produkt noch ein bisschen mehr zu leisten
