Zur Verstärkung unseres regulatorischen Teams im Bereich Zulassung und Beraterregister suchen wir eine engagierte und qualifizierte Persönlichkeit (m/w), die nicht nur höchsten Wert auf Dienstleistungsqualität legt, sondern auch durch ausgeprägte Markt- und Kundennähe überzeugt.

Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

  • Verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben: Sie bearbeiten Kotierungs- und Zulassungsgesuche von Emittenten in allen Segmenten der BX Swiss und stellen sicher, dass regulatorische Anforderungen eingehalten werden.
  • Vielfältiger Kundenkontakt: Sie stehen täglich in Kontakt mit Kundenberatern und Finanzdienstleistern, beantworten Fragen zu vielschichtigen Themen und begleiten diese durch den Registrierungsprozess.
  • Mitgestaltung: Sie tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Online-Registrierungsplattform bei und optimieren bestehende Prozesse und Verfahren.
  • Teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit: Sie unterstützen gelegentlich auch das Tagesgeschäft anderer regulatorischer Bereiche der BX Swiss und arbeiten in einem kollegialen und unterstützenden Team.

Ihr Profil:

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Finanz- oder Versicherungsbranche und haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Umfeld gesammelt. Eine Weiterbildung zum Paralegal ist von Vorteil.
  • Analytische Kompetenz: Ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und die Fähigkeit, komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen zu durchdringen, zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Selbstständigkeit und Entscheidungsfreude: Sie arbeiten systematisch, effizient und eigenverantwortlich, treffen fundierte Entscheidungen und besitzen Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Ihre hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen machen Sie zu einem wertvollen Teammitglied.
  • Sprachliche Fähigkeiten: Sie beherrschen Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und haben sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse (Französisch oder Italienisch) sind von Vorteil.
  • Interdisziplinarität: Sie sind eine vielseitige Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und grossem Interesse an regulatorischen Themen.
