Wir suchen dich:

Du bist ein qualifizierter und erfahrener Group Controller (m/w/d) und verstärkst unser dynamisches, internationales Team. Als Group Controller bist du verantwortlich für die Überwachung sämtlicher finanzieller und buchhalterischer Aktivitäten unserer globalen Gesellschaften. Ziel ist es, präzise Finanzberichte zu erstellen, die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften zu gewährleisten und eine effektive Finanzplanung und -analyse sicherzustellen.

 

Das machst du bei uns:
  • Überwachung sämtlicher finanzieller Operationen und Aktivitäten der Gruppe
  • Erstellung konsolidierter Finanzberichte
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung lokaler und internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards und Vorschriften
  • Aufrechterhaltung und Entwicklung effektiver Finanzrichtlinien und -kontrollen
  • Koordination und Management der Budgetierungs- und Prognoseprozesse
  • Bereitstellung von Finanzanalysen zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung
  • Coordinate and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Behörden
  • Vorantreiben Optimierung von Finanzsystemen und -prozessen

 

Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Swiss GAAP FER und im Schweizer Obligationenrecht
  • Erfahrung mit internationalen Umfeld und in multiplen Währungsumgebungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; Erfahrung mit D365 von Vorteil sowie ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und Entscheidungsfindungsfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
