Als Werkstudent unterstützt Du unseren Standortleiter in Zürich (ZRH1, Hofwisenstrasse 56, 8153 Rümlang). Die Stelle ist neu geschaffen worden. Du agierst als Schnittstelle innerhalb unserer Matrixorganisation und stehst ebenso in Kontakt mit unserer Zentrale in Frankfurt am Main. 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben, sowie Mitwirkung in der Büroorganisation
  • Allgemeine Schnittstelle/ Bindeglied zur Unternehmenszentrale (Accounting, Einkauf, Sales, Construction, HR)
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung hinsichtlich vorbereitender Buchhaltung/Zahlungsverkehr, Einkauf, HR sowie Sales
  • Management-Support für organisatorische Initiativen wie Treiben und Dokumentation von Ergebnissen, Prozessoptimierungen, Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter etc.
  • Unterstützung in organisatorischen Belangen im Hinblick auf Kundenevents, Terminüberwachung und -koordination sowie Geschäftsreisen
  • Bearbeitung und Verteilung der Eingangs- und Ausgangspost, Organisation des Postflusses
  • Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste und Lieferanten
  • Kommunikation mit nationalen Behörden/ Prüfungsorganisationen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Office Management präferiert
  • Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Word)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitern, Kunden und Kooperationspartnern
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Absolute Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige, serviceorientierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Wöchentliche Verfügbarkeit von mindestens 3 Tagen bis max. 4 Tagen (24 bis 32 Wochenstunden)
