Was du bewegst
  • Konzeption und Realisierung komplexer Digitalisierungsprojekte im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft mit neuster Cloud-Technologie
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden nach Projektabschluss im alltäglichen Umgang mit den Systemen
  • Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten z.B. durch Neuerungen, Releasewechsel und gesetzliche Anpassungen
  • Mitverantwortung für das Produktmanagement
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Präsentationen
  • Account-Management und Netzwerkpflege unserer Kunde

So machst du uns happy
  • Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zeitwirtschaft vorzugsweise mit SAP SuccessFactors
  • Du kennst die gesetzlichen Vorgaben der Schweiz und allenfalls weiterer Länder oder bist gewillt dich diesen anzunehmen
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke, qualitätsbewusste Persönlichkeit und arbeitest zielorientiert mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Cloud-Lösungen, sowie deren Einbettung in die System-Architektur
  • Dank deiner analytischen und vernetzten Denkfähigkeit bist du in der Lage kundenorientierte Lösungsansätze zu erarbeiten und umzusetzen
  • Als technisch versierte Person bist du bereit, dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten und diese gewinnbringend bei unseren Kunden zu implementieren
  • Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
