The role
- Administration of the Glencore group's companies
- Maintenance of the entity database management system (GEMS)
- Assistance with drafting, approving and issuance of standard legal documentation
- Review, preparation and monitoring of KYC requests from banks and counterparties
- Liaising with third parties (e.g. internal departments, group directors, external lawyers and notaries, Federal & Cantonal register of commerce and State Chanceries)
- Assistance with legal project work

Minimum requirements
